NEED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER? 

If you need to return our product, Noboru will provide you with full store credit.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

To submit a return for stores credit, submit your return here: SUBMIT A RETURN. All returns are issued with store credit (provided the items are in line with our Return policy)

 

RETURNS POLICY

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • All returns will automatically be issued store credit.
  • Items marked with the SALE cannot be returned.  
  • We do not offer store credit or refunds for final sale items.
  • Noboru is not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We do not issue store credit or refund on original shipping charges.
  • Store credit cannot be combined with other promotions. 

Sale items cannot be returned. If your Promotional Product is a sale item, we will still adjust the store credit amount accordingly.

EXCHANGES
Store credit will be issued, so that you can re-purchase a new item.

All items must be returned in the original condition with the original packaging.
