If you need to return our product, Noboru will provide you with full store credit.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To submit a return for stores credit, submit your return here: SUBMIT A RETURN. All returns are issued with store credit (provided the items are in line with our Return policy)
RETURNS POLICY
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
- All returns will automatically be issued store credit.
- Items marked with the SALE cannot be returned.
- We do not offer store credit or refunds for final sale items.
- Noboru is not responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not issue store credit or refund on original shipping charges.
- Store credit cannot be combined with other promotions.
Sale items cannot be returned. If your Promotional Product is a sale item, we will still adjust the store credit amount accordingly.
